Gramma babysat Sophia on Sunday so that Mommy and Daddy could go out to lunch- we celebrated our 6th anniversary with a very nice lunch eating out on the deck at Finz on Pickering Warf in Salem. Unfortunately, Sophia started crying about 5 minutes after we left and didn't stop until we got back, no matter what Gramma tried. And just to make sure that we knew she was in control, as soon as we got home, Sophia wanted to go back to Gramma! She was then happy as a clam- smiling, laughing and talking! Crazy kid!
Sophia's latest favorite toys are her chewy blocks- we keep them all over the house.
Sophia is amazed by the kitties and has been grabbing for them. Thanks to a good supply of treats, they have been very patient with her.

Sophia is doing much better sitting up- she needs a little support and the Boppy pillow is great for this!
We have started oatmeal now, and Sophia loves to eat her cereal!
She's getting better with her sippy cups too- they sometimes get dumped into her lap, but she usually manages to get the spout into her mouth after a few tries.

Sophia is getting more and more curious about what we are eating and drinking. She loves getting a sip of water from our glasses, and she's pretty good at drinking from a cup!
We went to Uncle Michael's senior design show this week, and we're headed to his graduation this weekend!
