Sophia snuggled into her favorite seat- between Great-Grampa and Uncle Michael.
Yummy football snacks. Axel's using Michael's blanket to let everyone know which team he's rooting for. Sophia loved the peach salsa and had her own bowl since she doesn't quite get the problem with multiple dips with the same chip.
She was making a bit of a mess at the coffee table and we wanted to spare Gramma's couch from the salsa, so we got Sophia settled into her own chair with her chips and salsa- (medium- no wimps here).
I found a Little Tykes car on craigslist that Axel had just finished cleaning Sunday morning, so he took a break from the game to take Sophia outside to show her her new car. I didn't get a picture of the setup but he had it inside the garage, right by the door, with her little car door open so that she saw it right away when he opened the garage door. Sophia, Gramma and Mommy were outside for the reveal. Sophia was very excited and got right in.

She seemed to like climbing in and out of the car as much as riding around.
We also got her a little tricycle, from the same person on craigslist, that Axel put together. Since she can't quite pedal yet, he tied a rope to the handle bars to pull her. It works ok on level surfaces, but she tips over if they go downhill, so it pretty much has to stay in the driveway for now.
